Form Fit is truly a one size fits all plug. Once inserted into the  canaliculus, Form Fit hydrates when it contacts tear film into a soft, pliable  material. As it hydrates, it increases in size until it completely fills the  vertical canalicular cavity to form a perfect fit. There is no need for a cap or anchor at the end of the plug.
